"We have been making chocolate with the finest organic ingredients for over 22 years - bittersweet chocolate blended with a wild and wonderful selection of delicious ingredients: toasted hazelnuts, dark roasted espresso beans, candied ginger, tangy dried raspberries and cherries, pure essential oils, coconut milk, chipotle chili powder … and more. Denman Island Chocolate bars are made with organic ethically traded chocolate with a high (63% or 72%) cocoa mass content. This makes for a more intense, less sweet flavour that is rich and clean."

We use organic chocolate made for us in Europe. It has a signature smoothness, along with a cocoa richness not found in other bars. To our chocolate we add the finest, ethically sourced ingredients. We make a lot of flavours with a lot of interesting ingredients. What we don’t use is palm oil, GMOs, animal products, waxes, salt, preservatives, or artificial ingredients of any kind. Our chocolate is also soy, corn, peanut and gluten free."
