Circus Dinner and Date Night

Available for delivery Feb 8-12. Chef Jesse Croy designed duck and blood orange dinner to cook together, with a couples workshop from Cirque do Soleil Ka performer Alvin Tam.  All right in your home! **when adding this to your order please select "next week" so it comes Feb 8-12

We have teamed up with former Cirque de Soleil performer Alvin Tam, and his wife and partner Jada to offer you an incredible date night experience.

Jada and Alvin left the busy Las Vegas lifestyle, Jada owning a yoga studio and Alvin performing in Ka to live off grid in Lumby BC. They teach yoga, circus, acro, host retreats all on their offgrid property.  They wanted to help couples connect and decided to provide an amazing experience date night with 12 basic moves that anyone can do.  I know what you are thinking - not a chance can we do these, but I tried them with my partner and we were shocked that we could do them.  We had so much fun playing together!

It wouldn't be a Farm Bound pack though without some food right? Jesse Croy, The former chef at Quails Gate and Summerhill, has created a beautiful gourmet dinner recipe for you thats easy to follow and made with so much local goodness.  You will learn to perfectly cook duck with a blood orange sauce and roasted sunchokes.  We have a lovely salad inspired by Taste Buddies that includes some of their dressing to start your meal off. 

Topped off with a beautiful bottle of organic cider from Upside Cider and you have yourself a date night.  

The package is designed to create a connection, have fun, and build on your relationship. 

How you will show up: (available for deliveries the week of February 8-12th ONLY)
1. The ingredients and cider will be sent along with your Farm Bound order.
2. The recipe will be emailed to you from us
3. You will receive an email from Jada and Alvin with a coupon code to use on their website to download your workshop

**What you will need that's not included in the box:
2 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
1-2 tablespoon butter
60ml vinegar (white balsamic or apple cider)
60ml red wine (preferably pinot noir, but any red will do)
