Single-serve Beef Wellingtons completely by hand in Vancouver BC with beef tenderloin filets topped with bacon and thyme-scented mushroom Duxelles. The filling is then carefully enclosed around a puff pastry that turns into a buttery, flaky crust once baked. Add a garden salad on the side and enjoy the quintessential fine-dining restaurant experience in your very own home.

Place frozen Wellingtons at least 3-inches (7.5 cm) apart on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash if desired.

For medium rare, bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) to an internal temperature of 115°F (45°C), approximately 25 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.


For medium, bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) to an internal temperature of 125°F (50°C), approximately 30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.


For well done, bake from frozen at 375°F (190°C) to an internal temperature of 130°F (55°C), approximately 35 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.


For best results, use a meat thermometer.
