The benefits of Reishi (Ling-zhi) have been studied in China for over 2000 years. The "Mushroom of Spiritual Potency is traditionally used to promote longevity and vitality.
To effectively control moisture within the package the use of a desiccant is recommended. It is included in the finished good and should be kept with the product while stored, tightly closed when the product is not in use.

RECOMMENDED USE
Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Used in herbal medicine to support the immune system, and as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).
RECOMMENDED DOSE
¼ tsp (1g) 1-4 times per day
To avoid stomach upset, take with food/meal.
Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
