Watermelon radishes pair well with fennel,apple , cheeses such as feta and chèvre, butter, cream-based dressings, vinaigrettes, bacon, white fish, cucumbers, mild salad greens, cooked eggs, noodles such as soba and udon, citrus, cilantro, mint, and tarragon.
