Our take on a classic Mexican soup. We make our own tortillas from organic masa and use tangy, sweet & subtly smoky guajillo chilies to make this heartwarming favorite.

We love this soup garnished with ripe avocado, chopped cilantro, thinly sliced radish, cubed tofu or soft cheese, & toasted tortilla strips.

Makes a quick & healthy dinner with some easy quesadillas on the side for dipping.
