Our plant-based version of the Kootenay classic. We've only replaced two ingredients from our traditional family recipe maintaining all the flavour and much of the richness.

We love this Borshch for dinner with a slice of freshly baked sourdough bread topped with plant-based cheese & a side of sliced tomatoes & cucumbers topped with green onion.
