Umami Bomb is a premium shiitake chili oil that brings bold, savoury, spicy flavour to any dish! Add it to just about anything for an "umami bomb" of flavour. It's great on noodles, veggies, dumplings, and soups and is also delicious as a spread on wraps and sandwiches.
- We recommend a generous tablespoon (or two) per serving.
- For maximum flavour, add Umami Bomb after cooking. For example, if you’re adding it to a stir fry, add it off the heat once you’re done cooking.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), white vinegar, shiitake mushrooms, tomato paste, black bean paste (wheat flour, soybeans, salt, corn oil, potato starch, onion, sugar, potassium sorbate), roasted garlic, chili peppers, spices, tahini, organic cane sugar Contains: wheat, soy, sesame.
"We are two omnivores turned vegans and our plant based journey started many years ago at a Buddhist vegan restaurant in South Korea. When we began eating a plant based diet, we thought back to the food at this restaurant and how it was all so delicious, you didn’t miss the lack of meat.
