"Chef Jim Armstrong has been creating his Premium Spice Blends over several years of his career and is now pleased to be able to offer them to you.

Chef Jim has been a Culinary Arts Instructor for over 15 years.  He completed a 10 month Cook Training Program at Okanagan College and then completed a Red Seal 3 Year Apprenticeship at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver, BC.  

His culinary work experience includes the International Hotel (Auckland, NZ), 4 years at the Chateau Whistler Resort (2 years as Sous Chef), 2 years at Black Forest Restaurant (Kelowna, BC), and 10 years as Executive Chef at the Harvest Golf Club Dining Room."
