Dosage:
Adults:Take 1 capsule 3 times daily on an empty stomach.


Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are breastfeeding; if you are taking antidepressant medication, heart medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills; if you have any type of acute infection, a heart condition, or diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contraindications:
Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, or bipolar spectrum disorder. Consumption with alcohol or other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
