What comes to mind when you hear the word Dream?

Or is it what you do effortlessly when you close your eyes and go to sleep at night?

Maybe it's dreaming up a scheme, or, dreaming of a better world for the next generations...

Perhaps when you close your eyes at night, you are an active participant while attempting to make your dreams more lucid.

Dreaming can be many things... one thing for sure is that it has "other worldly qualities that can create, reveal and inspire.

Our Meditative Dream Tea hopes to motivate you to consider dreaming as something useful and fun. We invite you to explore Dreaming and some of its possibilities.

The other side of our Dream Tea is to help you have a restful sleep... most of us simply don't feel like ourselves when we don't get a good night of sleep. The gentle nervine herbs in our Dream Tea may help your body relax so that you can sleep restfully.

Some folks are especially responsive to the dreaming herbs in this tea, others simply sleep deeper. How this tea affects you will depend on your constitution and/or your intention.

This tea will not make you drowsy, so it's good during the day to calm the nerves and relieve stress. Tulsi is revered for helping us to cope with stress on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
