Our Rose Cardamom Soda Syrup combines the full bloom of rose with fresh green cardamom for a delightfully floral soda, drink mix, or a topping drizzled over coconut ice cream. Sweet meets sophisticated in this floral favourite.
Rose and cardamom have been a staple flavour combination in Persian desserts for thousands of years. It's believed that the great polymath Avicenna invented steam distillation in order to capture rose's potent fragrance. This is a flavour that has stood the test of time!
How to use: combine 1 to 2 tablespoons of syrup with 1 cup of sparkling water and stir. Refrigerate after opening. Shake before use.
